Our Story

Nearly seven decades of forming great men.

Kemeloi Boys Senior and High School is a renowned institution dedicated to providing quality education and fostering holistic development. Located in Kemeloi, bordering Aldai Technical Training Institute in Nandi South Sub-County, Nandi County, we have a rich history of academic excellence.

1957

Founded as Intermediate School

Established to provide quality education for the youth of Nandi County and surrounding areas.

1957 – 2002

Mixed Day & Boarding School

For over four decades, served both boys and girls — building a strong academic and social reputation.

2003

Fully Boys Boarding School

Girls were phased out. Kemeloi became a dedicated boys boarding school — sharpening focus on discipline, brotherhood and excellence.

Today

1,350 Students & Growing

Consistent B-grade KCSE results, world-level robotics, and a student population that continues to grow year on year.
